No Soldiers Outside Tinubu’s Home –Ben Ezeamala
Bola Tinubu's residence |
"Soldiers were first spotted on Sunday at about 11pm in an army truck about 5000 metres away from his gate.
“Later they moved close to his gate as if making efforts to enter. The stern looking soldiers were around for hours on Sunday and returned on Monday to continue their surveillance. Monday night about 10.45pm, they returned to the residence in two army vans and were there throughout the night. Some of the soldiers discharged from the van and walked back and forth in front of the house and around the house in what is clearly some casing effort,” the statement reads.
“This morning, Tuesday, two vans from the army were stationed on both sides of the house along Bourdillon road their missions shrouded in secrecy.”
Knowing APC and their dealing, I expected pictures showing the soldiers outside his home, but none was seen, I immediately knew something was not right. APC is good with Media hype, how could such story break with no visuals to authenticate the story. I wanted to query the story, but decided to search further on my own, alas a journalist has taken a step futher to acertain the story and report as follows
Ben Ezeamalu, a journalist with PREMIUM TIMES has posted pictures to counter Bola Tinubu’s claim that the Nigerian government has stationed combat ready soldiers outside his Lagos home.
The pictures were taken yesterday, outside the Home of the All Progressives Congress, APC chieftain.
To Avoid being called a liar, Mr Tinubu must show us evidence of his claims.
