‘Jayden K Smith’ Hacker Does Not Exist, Ignore Facebook Message –Experts

Anyone who has a Facebook account must have received at least one message today, concerning a Jayden K Smith who would send a friendship request.
The text message warns that if you accept the friendship request, your Facebook account will instantly come under viral assault, while everyone on your friends’ list would be open to being hacked.

Well, those who know better are saying that the message is a hoax!

The text message reads: “Please tell all the contacts in your Messenger list not to accept Jayden K. Smith friendship request.

“He is a hacker and has the system connected to your Facebook account.

“If one of your contacts accepts it, you will also be hacked. So, make sure that all your friends know it. Thanks. Forwarded as received.”

To start with, experts at Hoax Slayer say there is no Jayden K Smith, and that forwarding the message will help no one.

They also say that Facebook users don’t need to worry about someone being able to ‘take over their computer’ via becoming friends on Facebook – it can’t happen, Hoax Slayer assures.

“In order for someone to do so, you’d need to give them your passwords, or download an infected file onto your PC,” HS says.

The HS notes that the message has circulated for years under different names, including ‘Anwar Fitou.’

Reports of the ‘Jayden K Smith’ message are popping up all round the world – as far afield as America and New Zealand.

Simple rule of thumb: If a message/post/email asks you to forward something on to everyone you know, there’s a 99.9% chance it’s a hoax. Stop wasting everyone’s time — including yours.
