SARS COMMANDER'S ORDERLY ARRESTED FOR KIDNAPPING AND ROBBERY (SEE PHOTOS)

As Nigerian youths call for the end of SARS some officers in River state has been arrested for robbery and kidnapping

Sergeant Ndubuisi Okoro, the Police Orderly of the Rivers State Commander of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS, Akin Fakorede has been arrested for armed robbery and kidnapping.


Another member of the Rivers State SARS; Sergeant Christopher Abakpa was also arrested  for armed robbery and kidnapping.

It was alleged  that the two officers run a kidnap and armed robbery gang of eight persons.

The arrested policemen allegedly confessed to the crime upon their arrest.

They have been detained at the SARS facility in Port Harcourt, awaiting transfer to Abuja for further investigations

Ndubuisi Okoro, a sergeant, participated in the invasion of Rivers East Senatorial District Collation Centre alongside Akin Fakorede.

Efforts to reach Nnamdi Omoni, the Spokesperson of the Rivers State Police Command proved abortive as his line was switched off.
