Viral Video Of Mask Man Issuing A Warning To People Of South East ( WATCH VIDEOS)

 

The video which was made in Igbo language was warning people of south East to sit at hone on October 1st. The government had already declared a public holiday but a mask man was warning residents not to be seen outside their home’s and they pay with their lives. 

Whatever is happening in South East must be arrested now.
